Taylorville Christian Church is committed to the worship of God through Jesus Christ by worldwide proclamation, education, and application of biblical truths expressed by service through calling others to follow Christ, immersing them into Christ, and teaching them to be servants of Christ.

We strive to carry out this mission through:

• Celebrating in worship and praise of God each Sunday.
• Proclaiming the good news concerning Jesus Christ as revealed in the Bible.
• Receiving those God adds to his church as they
  1. Believe in Jesus as Lord and Christ.
  2. Repent from sin and turn to God.
  3. Confess Jesus as Lord and Christ.
  4. Are baptized into the name of Jesus Christ.
• Cultivating personal growth in Christ through study of God's Word, prayer, service and fellowship with other believers.
• Caring for one another especially in times of critical need.
